Hello close friends how are items? Have you ever had an odd shaped space in your property so as to have you going bonkers? That was the case in a clients house I decorated a couple of years back. This couple is lovely in each and every way and they even have excellent taste but an odd space was giving them problems. (Now you know we cannot have that). Right! Nicely this sweet couple known as me for help to get to the root of what was making their area look so awkward and I have to inform you I was a tiny scared but I wasn’t backing down from any decorating challenge so I ran over and immediately I was able to point out what the problem was. I said “it’s that tricky wall correct there or need to I say window” well my motto has usually been If you cannot get rid of some thing or can not ignore it make it a focal point. A focal point tends to make it one thing to appear at. When contemplating concepts how to decorate you need to often believe about what you are trying to achieve. In my case I was attempting to make the window go away due to the fact of its awkwardness which created it a difficult wall. Watch what I did to resolve this problem.
The Guidelines:
Maintain the dresser
The blue carpet need to keep
The desk must keep, need to have workspace in the bedroom no exceptions
Preserve the air-conditioned in the window- in hindsight I would not have taken the images with the AC in the window. This is a forewarning:

| As you can see there is only one particular window on this wall. It makes it extremely awkward. Would you agree? |

The window awkwardness solved due to the fact we spot the window covering at the width of the whole wall now we make it blend with the rest of the wall it is no longer just a small window in the way but a wall with balance and function. |

| As you can see I moved the cabinet to the taller wall on the other side of the room. By the way this is the dresser that I had to keep because of budget so this desk and the cabinet switches locations. Oh I enjoy the African lady in the image subsequent to the door is not she gorgeous? |

| This is the tall wall next to the bathroom. I at some point moved the cabinet to this wall this is exactly where the dresser use to sit it was to wide so it was moved to give me room for the workspace hmmmm. (There is a cause for my my madness ha!). |

Right here is the cabinet moved to the taller wall- Makes much more sense proper? Due to the fact this cabinet has not a lot of width it offers me the space I required to place the workspace on this wall. Sometimes all needs to be carried out are a little space preparing. |

| I love the art peace on the wall. Quick that was very straightforward to make. All I completed was take some wood and reduce it to size and wrap and staple fairly fabric about it and Walla you have instant art. |
Friends odd shaped spaces are not tough to decorate you just have to get creative and always bear in mind what you are trying to accomplish with the space and what is the emphasis you want to concentrate on with that space?
